SECTION 5-56-5

   § 5-56-5  Denial, suspension and revocationof licenses. – (a) An application for a license may be denied, or a license may be suspendedor revoked when the director has determined that the operation is not beingand/or will not be conducted in a manner prescribed in these regulations.

   (b) When an application for a license is denied or when alicense is suspended or revoked, a hearing shall be granted if a hearing isrequested, in writing, by the aggrieved applicant within ten (10) days of thedenial, suspension or revocation.
