SECTION 5-57-11

   § 5-57-11  Licensing authority – Rulesand regulations. – The authority to promulgate rules and regulations which are reasonable, properand necessary to carry out the functions of the licensing authority; to enforcethe provisions of this chapter; and, to establish procedures for thepreparation and processing of examinations, applications, license certificates,I.D. cards, renewals, appeals, hearings, and rulemaking proceedings shall bevested in the licensing authority.
