SECTION 5-57-18

   § 5-57-18  Time limit for action on licenseapplications. – Within thirty (30) days after receipt of an application, the licensingauthority shall determine whether the applicant has met the requirements ofthis chapter. In the event that additional information is required from theapplicant by the licensing authority to complete its investigation or tosatisfy the requirements of this chapter, or if the applicant has not submittedall of the required information, the thirty (30) day period for action by thelicensing authority shall commence when all that information is received by thelicensing authority.
