SECTION 5-57-28

   § 5-57-28  Change in status of licensee.– The licensee shall notify the licensing authority within thirty (30) days ofany material change in the operations of the business or information previouslyfurnished or required to be furnished to the licensing authority or anyoccurrence which could be reasonably expected to affect the licensee's right toa license under this chapter.
