SECTION 5-58-10
§ 5-58-10 Penalty for violations. –Any person acting as auctioneer or apprentice auctioneer without a license isguilty of a misdemeanor. Anyone who is convicted shall be punished by a finenot to exceed five hundred dollars ($500), or by imprisonment for a term not toexceed ninety (90) days, or both the fine and imprisonment for each violation.
