SECTION 5-59.1-15

   § 5-59.1-15  Penalty for violations. –Any person, firm, corporation or association violating any of the provisions ofthis chapter is deemed to have committed a misdemeanor and upon convictionshall be punished by a fine not to exceed two hundred dollars ($200), orimprisonment for a period not to exceed three (3) months, or both, and for asecond or subsequent violation by a fine of not less than three hundred dollars($300) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or imprisonment for one year,or both the fine and imprisonment.
