SECTION 5-6-10.2

   § 5-6-10.2  Limited journeypersonmaintenance certificate/license – Class M. – A certificate M is granted to any person who has passed an examination beforethe division of professional regulation, and who is regularly employed by aRhode Island Class C or Class D license holder as specified in §§5-6-10 and 5-6-10.1. The certificate specifies the name of the person who isauthorized to engage in the occupation of a limited journeyperson maintenanceelectrician.
