SECTION 5-6-18
§ 5-6-18 Preservation of applications andexamination papers. – Examination papers and applications for certificates under the provisions ofthis chapter shall be preserved for at least three (3) years, after which timethey may, at the discretion of the division of professional regulation, bedestroyed.
