SECTION 5-6-21

   § 5-6-21  Certificates expiring whilelicensee is in federal service. – (a) Any certificate expiring while the holder of the certificate is in themilitary, naval, or air service of the United States shall be renewed withoutfurther examination, upon payment of the prescribed fee, at any time withinfour (4) months after that person's discharge from the service.

   (b) Any certificate expiring while the holder of thecertificate is outside the continental limits of the United States inconnection with any project undertaken by the government of the United Statesshall be renewed without further examination, upon payment of the prescribedfee, at any time within four (4) months after that person's return to theUnited States.
