§ 5-6-22 Board of examiners meetingrecords – Manual of regulations. – Records of the meetings of the board of examiners of electricians shall be openfor inspection at all times, and the division of professional regulation, withthe assistance of the board, shall have printed annually a manual of itsregulations, including the names of all licensees.
