   § 5-6-27  Disposition of fees – Annualreport. – The division shall report annually to the general assembly in the month ofJanuary a detailed statement of its receipts and disbursements during the yearwith a statement of its acts and proceedings and any recommendations that thedivision deems proper. All proceeds of any fees collected pursuant to theprovisions of this chapter shall be deposited as general revenues.Commissioners and board members shall not be compensated for attendance atboard meetings, but reimbursement for costs and expenses of board members andcommissioners shall continue.
