SECTION 5-6-28

   § 5-6-28  Penalties for unlicensed work.– Any person, firm, association, corporation, or employee of any person, firm,association or corporation, and any representative, member, or officer of anyfirm, association, or corporation individually entering upon or engaging in thepreviously defined business and work, without having complied with theprovisions of this chapter, shall be assessed penalties pursuant to §5-6-32.
