SECTION 5-6-5
§ 5-6-5 Board of examiners – Officers– Employment of personnel. – (a) The members of the board of examiners of electricians shall choose achairperson and secretary to hold office until their successors are appointed.Vacancies arising in the office of chairperson or secretary between regularappointments shall be cared for in a like manner.
(b) The division of professional regulation is authorized toemploy the necessary personnel to properly administer this chapter.
