SECTION 5-60-17
§ 5-60-17 Penalty for violations. –Any person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanoroffense and upon conviction shall be punishable by a fine not less thantwenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
