SECTION 5-61-1
§ 5-61-1 "Telephone Sales SolicitationAct". – As used in this chapter, "telephone solicitation" means the engagement of atelephone conversation for the purpose of encouraging a person to purchasepersonal property, investment opportunities, goods or services, or for thepurpose of gathering information for sales solicitation.
