SECTION 5-61-6

   § 5-61-6  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation made under thischapter, or the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance isheld invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter, rule or regulation and the application of the provision to otherpersons or circumstances shall not be affected. The invalidity of any sectionor sections or parts of any section of this chapter shall not affect thevalidity of the remainder of the chapter.
