SECTION 5-62-12

   § 5-62-12  Construction. – (a) The rights and liabilities created by this chapter shall be construed to bein addition to and not in substitution, exclusion or displacement of otherrights and liabilities provided by law, including the law of principal andagent, except where the construction would, as a matter of law, be unreasonable.

   (b) No art merchant who, as buyer, is excluded from obtainingthe benefits of an express warranty under this chapter, shall be deprived ofthe benefits of any other provision of law by that exclusion.
