§ 5-63.2-16 Application fee. – The applicant applying for licensure as a clinical mental health counselor ormarriage and family therapist shall pay an application fee of four hundred andsixty dollars ($460) and the fee shall be in no case returned. Applicantsrequiring reexamination shall submit a fee of four hundred and sixty dollars($460) for each reexamination.
