   § 5-63.2-19  Transfer to inactive lists– Reinstatement. – A licensed clinical mental health counselor and/or licensed marriage and familytherapist who does not intend to continue his or her licensure, upon writtenrequest to the administrator of professional regulation, may have his or hername transferred to an inactive list, and shall not be required to pay therenewal fee as long as he or she remains inactive. Should he or she wish toresume functioning as a licensed clinical mental health counselor and/orlicensed marriage and family therapist, he or she shall notify theadministrator of professional regulation and shall remit his or her renewal feeand his or her license shall be reinstated.
