SECTION 5-63.2-24

   § 5-63.2-24  Injunction of violations.– When it appears to the board that any person is violating any of the provisionsof this chapter, the director of the department of health may cause an actionto be instituted, commenced in the name of the board, to enjoin the violationin a court of competent jurisdiction and the court may enjoin any person fromviolating any of the provisions of this chapter without regard to whetherproceedings have been or may be instituted before the board or whether criminalproceedings have been or may be instituted.
