   § 5-63.2-5  Organization and meeting ofboard. – The board shall organize immediately after the appointment and qualification ofits members. The board shall annually elect a chairperson and secretary.Meetings may be called by the chairperson or the director of the department ofhealth or by written request of four (4) members of the board. Five (5) membersof the board shall constitute a quorum; provided, that a clinical mental healthcounselor and a marriage and family therapist must be present. The board shallmeet as often as necessary.
