SECTION 5-64.1-4

   § 5-64.1-4  Certification required. –(a) No person may practice or hold himself or herself out as a certifieddietary manager unless he or she is certified in accordance with therequirements of this chapter.

   (b) Any person employed as a dietary manager on August 11,1990, and who has been employed for a period of ten (10) years or more, isexempt from the certification requirements of this chapter.
