   § 5-64.1-5  Restriction on use of titles.– Only a person certified by the board as a certified dietary manager shall usethe words "Certified Dietary Manager" (C.D.M.) in connection with his or hername or place of business, or may use the words, letters, abbreviations, orinsignia indicating or implying that he or she is a certified dietary manager.
