SECTION 5-64-11

   § 5-64-11  Penalties for violations. –(a) It is a misdemeanor for any person, in offering his or her services to thepublic to:

   (1) Use in connection with his or her name any designationtending to imply that he or she is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist unlesscertified under the provisions of this chapter.

   (2) Use in connection with his or her name any designationtending to imply that he or she is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist during thetime his or her license certificate issued under the provisions of this chapteris suspended or revoked.

   (3) Violate any of the provisions of this chapter.

   (b) All misdemeanors shall be punishable by a fine of notmore than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
