SECTION 5-64-9

   § 5-64-9  Grounds for discipline. –The division of professional regulation has the power to deny, revoke orsuspend any license issued by the administrator of professional regulation orapplied for in accordance with this chapter or to discipline a dietitian uponproof that the person:

   (1) Is guilty of fraud or deceit in procuring or attemptingto procure a license;

   (2) Is guilty of a felony;

   (3) Has willfully or repeatedly violated any of theprovisions of this chapter;

   (4) Is habitually negligent in the performance of his or herduties.
