SECTION 5-65-13

   § 5-65-13  Nonlawyer may representcorporation before board. – A corporation that is registered or required to be registered as a contractorunder this chapter and that is a party in any proceeding before the board orany representative of a party may appear or be represented in the proceeding byan officer of the corporation who is not a member of the state bar.
