SECTION 5-65-15
§ 5-65-15 Officers – Quorum –Compensation and expenses. – (a) The board shall select from among its members a chairperson, a vicechairperson and any other officers for the terms and with the duties and powersnecessary for the performance of their duties that the board determines.
(b) A majority of the members of the board shall constitute aquorum for the transaction of business.
(c) The board shall have an executive director who shallattend all meetings and shall direct the conduct of any investigation which maybe necessary in the preparation of any hearing. The executive director shall bea member of the classified service on the staff of the state buildingcommissioner and shall be compensated as appropriate for the required expertise.
