§ 5-65-15.1 - Staff.
SECTION 5-65-15.1
§ 5-65-15.1 Staff. – (a) The state building code commission shall provide the board with appropriatestaff, including hearing officials and investigators, who shall perform theirduties under the administrative supervision of the executive director.
(b) The board may delegate the powers, functions and dutiesto the provided staff.
