SECTION 5-65-21
§ 5-65-21 Severability. – The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provisions of this chapteror the application of this chapter to any person or circumstance is heldinvalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications ofthis chapter, which can be given effect without regard to the invalidprovisions or application.
