SECTION 5-65-23

   § 5-65-23  Registration required as part ofbidding process. – Whenever any bid is solicited by the state or any municipality or private partyin the state of Rhode Island, the license number of any bidder who is acontractor required to be licensed under the laws of the state of Rhode Island,shall be provided by the bidder. A space on the bid form, quotation, proposalor other document shall indicate the bid price to perform the particular workinvolved and shall also indicate the license number of the contractor, asissued by the state of Rhode Island, to perform that work.
