SECTION 5-65-26

   § 5-65-26  Notice of final order –Service of process – Restitution for homeowner contributions. – The board is hereby authorized to assess against any contractor a monetaryaward to the claimant up to but not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) forthe costs of service of process for any final orders of the board when thefunds for said service of process were provided by an aggrieved party underthis chapter. The aggrieved party's claim shall be limited to the actual costof the service of process or one thousand dollars ($1,000), whichever is less.The board shall require proof of costs from the aggrieved party evidencing saidexpense for the service of process.
