§ 5-68-12 - Penalties.
SECTION 5-68-12
§ 5-68-12 Penalties. – (a) A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor.The misdemeanor shall be punishable by a fine of not less than three hundreddollars ($300) for the first offense. Each subsequent offense shall bepunishable by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars ($500).
(b) The department may bring civil action in the districtcourt to enforce any provision of this chapter.
