SECTION 5-68-13

   § 5-68-13  Severability. – If any part of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid, all parts thatare severable from the invalid or unconstitutional part remain in effect. If apart of this chapter is held unconstitutional or invalid in one or more of itsapplications, the valid part remains in effect and all constitutional and validapplications are severable from the invalid applications.
