§ 5-69-12 - Disciplinary process.
SECTION 5-69-12
§ 5-69-12 Disciplinary process. – (a) Disciplinary procedures under this chapter shall be conducted in accordancewith the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42.
(b) The licensing board or its designee shall hear evidenceproduced in support of the formal charges and contrary evidence produced by thelicensee. At the conclusion of the hearing, the licensing board shall makerecommendations to the director who shall issue an order.
