SECTION 5-7-2

   § 5-7-2  Penalty for establishment ofoffice without license – Public agencies exempt. – Whoever without a license to do so establishes or keeps an intelligence oremployment office for any of the purposes specified in this chapter, uponconviction, shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) for each day the office iskept; and any person violating any of those rules or regulations, uponconviction, shall be fined not exceeding twenty dollars ($20.00) for eachoffense; provided, that this chapter does not apply to any employment officeestablished by the state or federal government.
