   § 5-70-12  Reciprocity. – Reciprocity shall be in accordance with the bylaws of the board. Reciprocityshall be subject to the condition that the authority of a state, territory, orpossession of the United States, the District of Columbia, or of any foreigncountry shall grant equivalent reciprocity rights to holders of licenses issuedby this authority.
