SECTION 5-71-10

   § 5-71-10  Endorsement. – The department in consultation with the board shall promulgate regulationsproviding for a procedure for waiver of the requirements of § 5-71-9 forapplicants who hold a valid license, certificate, or equivalent issued withinanother state; provided, that the requirements under which that license,certificate, or equivalent was issued, meet or exceed the standards required bythis chapter.
