SECTION 5-71-6
§ 5-71-6 Board of examiners – Seal– Authentication of records. – The board shall adopt the state seal by which it shall authenticate itsproceedings. Copies of the proceedings, records and acts of the board, andcertificates purporting to relate the facts concerning those proceedings,records, and acts, signed by the secretary and authenticated by that seal,shall be evidence in all courts of this state.
