§ 5-72-1 - General provisions.

SECTION 5-72-1

   § 5-72-1  General provisions. – It shall be unlawful of any person maintaining, owning, or operating acommercial establishment located within the town of Johnston, at whichalcoholic beverages are offered for sale or consumption on the premises, to,without a license pursuant to § 5-72-2:

   (1) Suffer or permit any female person, while on the premisesof the commercial establishment, to expose to the public view that area of thehuman breast at or below the areola.

   (2) Suffer or permit any female person, while on the premisesof the commercial establishment to employ any device or covering which isintended to give the appearance of or simulate the portions of the human femalebreast as described in subdivision (1) of this section.

   (3) Suffer or permit any person, while on the premises of thecommercial establishment to expose to public view his or her genitals or pubicarea.

   (4) Suffer or permit any person, while on the premises of thecommercial establishment, to employ any device or covering which is intended togive the appearance of or simulate the genitals or pubic area.
