§ 5-72-4 - Severability.
SECTION 5-72-4
§ 5-72-4 Severability. – If any provision or part of this chapter, or application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, theremaining provisions of this chapter and the application of the provisions toother persons or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid,shall not be affected.
