SECTION 5-73-4

   § 5-73-4  Registration fee. – All roofing contractors shall submit a payment in the amount of four hundreddollars ($400), which shall support the licensing program, representing alicense fee along with the application referenced in § 5-73-3, and berequired to comply with the provisions of chapter 65 of this title and thoseprovisions shall be interpreted to include commercial roofers as defined inthis chapter. Beginning July 1, 2008, all fines and fees collected pursuant tothis chapter shall be deposited into a restricted receipt account for theexclusive use of supporting programs established by the board.
