   § 5-74.1-11  Notice to educationalinstitution. – (a) Within seventy-two (72) hours after entering into an oral or written agencycontract or before the next scheduled athletic event in which the studentathlete may participate, whichever occurs first, the athlete agent shall givenotice in a record of the existence of the contract to the athletic director ofthe educational institution at which the student athlete is enrolled or theathlete agent has reasonable grounds to believe the student athlete intends toenroll.

   (b) Within seventy-two (72) hours after entering into an oralor written agency contract or before the next athletic event in which thestudent athlete may participate, whichever occurs first, the student athleteshall inform the athletic director of the educational institution at which thestudent athlete is enrolled that he or she has entered into an agency contract.
