SECTION 5-74.1-13

   § 5-74.1-13  Required records. – (a) An athlete agent shall retain the following records for a period of five(5) years:

   (1) The name and address of each individual represented bythe athlete agent;

   (2) Any agency contract entered into by the athlete agent; and

   (3) Any direct costs incurred by the athlete agent in therecruitment or solicitation of a student athlete to enter into an agencycontract.

   (b) Records required by subsection (a) above to be retainedare open to inspection by the secretary of state during normal business hours.
