SECTION 5-74.1-7

   § 5-74.1-7  Suspension, revocation, orrefusal to renew registration. – (a) The secretary of state may suspend, revoke, or refuse to renew aregistration for conduct that would have justified denial of registration undersubsection 5-74.1-5(b).

   (b) The secretary of state may deny, suspend, revoke orrefuse to renew a certificate of registration or licensure only after propernotice and an opportunity for a hearing.
