SECTION 5-74.1-9

   § 5-74.1-9  Registration and renewal fees.– An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompaniedby a fee in the following amount:

   (1) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for an initial application forregistration;

   (2) Fifty dollars ($50.00) for an application forregistration based upon a certificate of registration or licensure issued byanother state;

   (3) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for an application forrenewal of registration; or

   (4) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for an application forrenewal of registration based upon an application for renewal of registrationor licensure submitted in another state.
