SECTION 5-8.1-11
§ 5-8.1-11 Board of registration forprofessional land surveyors – Fees – Payment and disposition. –(a) The fees paid by an applicant for filing an application for examination,for renewal, or for issuance of a duplicate certificate shall be determined bythe board and shall not exceed one hundred eighty dollars ($180) per year plusany administrative costs associated with an application for examination,reexamination, annual renewal, or duplicate certificate. The administrativecosts shall be determined by the board. All revenues received pursuant to thissection shall be deposited as general revenues.
(b) The fees paid by an applicant for the examination, forreexamination, or for renewal of any expired certificate shall be determined bythe board to cover the direct expenses associated with administering theexamination, reexamination, or the renewal of an expired certificate.
