SECTION 5-8.1-14

   § 5-8.1-14  Board of registration forprofessional land surveyors – Unlawful practices. – It is unlawful for any person to practice or offer to practice land surveyingin this state, as defined by this chapter, or to use in connection with his orher name or assume, or advertise any title or description tending to convey theimpression that he or she is a land surveyor unless that person is registeredor exempted from registration under the provisions of this chapter.
