SECTION 5-8.1-4.1
§ 5-8.1-4.1 Continuing educationexemption. – Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, any person who wasregistered as a professional land surveyor in the state of Rhode Island beforeJuly 1, 1975, will be exempt from any continuing education requirements as maybe established by the board of land surveyors of the state of Rhode Island.
