   § 5-8-19  Appeals. – Any person, sole proprietorship, partnership, limited liability partnership,corporation or limited liability company aggrieved by any decision or ruling ofthe board may appeal from it in accordance with the provisions of chapter 35 oftitle 42. For the purposes of this section, the division or board is considereda person.
