SECTION 5-8-22

   § 5-8-22  Severability. – If any of the provisions of this chapter or if any rule, regulation, or orderunder this chapter or the application of that provision to any person orcircumstance is held invalid, the remainder of this chapter and the applicationof that provision of this chapter or of that rule, regulation, or order to anyperson or circumstances, other than those as to which it is held invalid, isnot affected.
